At Bubbl Paints, we are committed to delivering high-quality products and ensuring customer satisfaction. The Bubbl Assurance Program offers resolutions for concerns such as colour mismatches or product defects, ensuring your painting work continues without interruption.
How It Works
- Via the Retailer
If you identify an issue with the product (e.g., colour mismatch or quality concerns), return it to the store where it was purchased. The retailer will:
- Replace the product to avoid delays in your painting work.
- Retain the defective product for inspection by a Bubbl Paints technician.
- Directly with Bubbl Paints
If you are unable to visit the retailer, you can:
- Give a missed call to our dedicated support line at 📞 1800 3 157 157.
- A technician will coordinate with you or the retailer to inspect the defective product and document the issue.
For documentation purposes, the customer is required to complete the Bubbl Assurance Form on this page before replacement. This ensures transparency and helps us improve our quality control processes.
